If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Services ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, passport details, credit card information, and Emirates ID (for UAE residents).
Due to UAE telecommunications regulations, all mobile services require proper identification and registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information as required by UAE law for the activation and use of mobile services. Failure to comply with identification requirements may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
All fees are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our Website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
For subscription-based services, you agree that we may charge your payment method on a recurring basis without obtaining your prior consent for each recurring charge, until the subscription is canceled by you or by us.
We strive to ensure that our Services are available continuously. However, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, including those provided by third-party telecommunications providers in the UAE.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
Mobile network coverage, data speeds, and service quality are provided by UAE mobile operators (Etisalat by e&, Du, and Virgin Mobile UAE). We do not guarantee specific coverage, speeds, or network performance as these are subject to the underlying carrier's network capabilities and conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to activate mobile services promptly after receiving your complete application and required documentation. However, activation times may vary based on service type, verification requirements, and processing by the underlying mobile operators.
The validity period for prepaid services begins from the date of activation, not the date of purchase. Unused credit or data allowances will expire at the end of the validity period unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service description.
For prepaid services, it is your responsibility to renew your service before it expires. We may send renewal reminders as a courtesy, but you should not rely solely on these reminders.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConnectUAE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ConnectUAE.
You may use our content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of our content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ConnectUAE for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be finally settled by arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules.
Prior to commencing arbitration, you and ConnectUAE agree to make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from when either party requests in writing to negotiate, then either party may proceed with arbitration.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
